Records held: property mandates and listings; client and contact records; employee/agent records; financial, tax and FICA records; supplier contracts; and statutory company records.
How to request access: complete the prescribed PAIA Form 2, submit it to the Information Officer with enough detail to identify the record and your contact details, and pay the prescribed fees. We respond within the periods set out in PAIA (ordinarily 30 days). Refusals may be taken to the Information Regulator or a court.
